Sharing this delicious Tofu Tikka Curry recipe with all my Vegan friends today. In this recipe, I’ve achieved the velvety texture with the use of nuts. I’ve paired the Curry with crisp pan fried Tofu that was marinated in Tikka Masala, coated in whole wheat flour and pan fried until crisp and delicious.
You can also prepare this Tofu Tikka Curry with any vegetables of your choice instead of Tofu. If you are not Vegan, Paneer tastes absolutely delicious in this recipe too.

What an amazing recipe Surabhi! You have magic in your hands! xx
You are the best!! Thank you my dear Tasha 😘♥️
Hi! This recipe looks great. Will look forward to trying it. What is one supposed to do with blanched almonds, there’s no mention of it in the recipe although present in ingredients? Thanks-Ruchi
Thank you for pointing that out Ruchi. I have updated the recipe.
Kind regards, Su
I made this and it turned out amazing. Made my own tikka masala and used Paneer instead. Love your recipes, easy to make, healthy and delicious.
Just one question, my curry was a bit grainy due to the almonds, how to avoid that.
Thanks Apoorva.
If your Curry was Grainy, you would have to boil the ingredients for a longer duration until they are very soft. Also once ready, run the gravy through a strainer.
